Offshore Investment Club with term to invest in Retrofit Projects of buildings and residential apartments in New York City (NY). Investments are focused on small buildings (of up to 10 apartments, all for leasing), well located, with easy access to public transportation and a simple business plan: to acquire buildings, retrofit the apartments, lease and sell them – everything in a 3 to 5 years term. RBR actively participates in investment governance and control jointly with local partners.
